Chaesub LEE, PhD, who has more than 35 years of experience in the information and communications sectors (ICTs), has joined the Knowledge Impact Network as a Global Advisor.
The director of the Telecommunications Standardization Bureau (TSB) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the UN special agency on ICTs, for the last decade based in Geneva, Switzerland, Chaesub was awarded a PhD in Philosophy and Multimedia Communications from Hanbat National University (HBNU) in Daejon, South Korea.
Chaesub is an Executive Advisor to COLLCOMM Sàrl, which offers end-to-end tailored solutions of ICTs. Chaesub is also chairman of Passwordless Alliance, which aims toremove complications from using various passwords and build a passwordless world.
Chaesub believes inthe collaboration between technology developments and addressing the challenges of climate change, and the importance of using AI for good.

For his part, Chaesub says “It is important to share knowledge and experiences of ICTs into real-world issues, especially global human challenges such as waste management and climate change. AI has many good features. As one of the initiators of the AI for Good Global Summit of ITU, I am very pleased to join KIN to explore AI's capabilities to challenge such issues.”
